By working exclusively with regional and local suppliers, our restaurant minimises the ecological footprint caused by long transport routes. This close collaboration ensures that we use fresh, high-quality ingredients in the kitchen that you can taste on your plate. 

Supporting local suppliers

We prefer to work with local farmers and suppliers such as the cheese supplier Kef, which is in the immediate neighbourhood of the Maritim Hotel. These partnerships not only support small businesses and promote local companies, but also secure jobs in the community.
