Our hygiene concept

Event planners who have been holding their meetings regularly and happily with us for years know that there is plenty of space in Maritim Hotels. Large rooms and lobbies, wide corridors, extensive exhibition areas, spacious outdoor areas for meetings in the open and over 450 conference rooms in Germany. The Maritim Hotels in Bad Homburg, Bremen, Dresden, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Ulm and Würzburg are also directly connected to the city's congress centre. No matter what you need and with which participant size you are planning, we have enough space to meet your requirements and enough experience to inspire you. In our conference planner we added all the changed capacities. Our trained teams act as consultants for your individual wishes and find solutions for every requirement. As in the last 54 years, your event is in the best hands with us, even under the new conditions. 

All our hotels have been inspected and approved by the authorities before opening in accordance with the specific requirements, hygiene and safety standards of the individual federal states. Each hotel has a wayfinding system adapted to the structural conditions, which guides your participants safely into the event area and the respective conference rooms. If various meetings take place in the hotel, we will agree a schedule with you to avoid group meetings. In lots of German states, wearing a mouth and nose protection in the public areas of hotels is also mandatory for guests. However, we recommend that you always ask your participants to bring and wear this now important utensil. 

Registry
In order to be able to trace back any health problems, we need a list with the contact details of the participants and information about the time the guests will be staying with us before the event begins. You are welcome to send us this list in advance.

Conference rooms

Upon receipt of your request, we will inform you which conference room is perfectly suited to the size of the event you have requested. On your arrival, the room is freshly cleaned, ventilated, carefully disinfected and positioned so that all distance regulations are met. Therefore it is unfortunately not possible to arrive with more participants than originally requested. If you can foresee that the number of your guests will change, please inform us in advance. It is important for us to point out that the organizer is responsible for the compliance with the official regulations inside the conference room. 

Public foyers and break times
In order to make it possible for all groups to stay in the exhibition areas and areas between the conference rooms, we will discuss the start, end and break times of your event with you in advance. The consistent compliance with the pre-planned times requires discipline from all of us and serves the safety of your guests and our teams.

Catering
Of course, during your stay with us we will also take care of the physical well-being of your guests. In advance we will agree with you whether you would like to have catering in the conference room or, where available, use the hotel's central coffee station. If there are several groups in the hotel, we will draw up a schedule, which we will coordinate with you. You can find our menu here.

Areas around the hotel
Many Maritim Hotels have large outdoor areas, terraces and green spaces which you are welcome to use for your event. As we have many possibilities to react to all weather conditions, please contact us if you do not wish to hold meetings in closed rooms at the moment.

Information for agencies and major events
If the number of your participants is greater than our current capacities, we recommend that you hold a hybrid event format. For example, some of your guests can follow the event in the conference room and other interested parties can join in via video conference. Together with our partners we offer a wide range of technical concepts, which we would be happy to present to you. Digital presentation technology, virtual conferences, interpreter booths and much more, our technical equipment offers you all possibilities. If you already have a technical partner, we will of course also be happy to work with them.
